Juniper Outdoor only works with trained and certified trip leaders to ensure the safety and security of all participants is cared for. Each team member has been handpicked and undergone workshops and personal mentorship from our founders. We at Juniper give equal importance to the sign up and getting prepared phase, along with the trip itself, out job is to ensure you feel you are with subject matter experts who can guide you along the whole journey. 

Juniper Outdoor from our inception has ensured participants follow a general code of conduct to ensure a spirit of collective growth and positivity. Challenges do come our way but its our goal on all community trips that they are only in the form of physical excursions.
